  1. PhoneMon의 Google 또는 일반 이메일 로그인에 쓰는 해당 이메일 주소에서 sstycho@gmail.com으로 “PhoneMon 계정과 관련 개인정보 삭제를 요청합니다”라고 보내세요.
  2. 보호자는 검증된 보호자 이메일에서 앱 요청 ID와 삭제/동의 철회 요청을 보내면 됩니다. 아동 실명·생년월일이나 비밀번호는 필요 없습니다.
  3. 운영자는 가입 이메일/보호자 승인 연결과 회신을 통해 요청 권한·삭제 의사를 확인합니다. 공개 닉네임만으로는 확인하지 않습니다.
  4. 확인 후 삭제 범위·진행 상황과 완료 여부를 회신합니다. 이메일 발송만으로 즉시 자동 삭제되는 것은 아닙니다.

비밀번호, 인증·복구 코드, 신분증, 주민등록번호, 전체 내부 계정 ID를 보내지 마세요. 로그인 이메일에 접근하지 못하면 문의하세요. 안전한 대체 확인이 가능한지 검토하며 복구/삭제를 무조건 보장하지 않습니다.

삭제는 로그인 계정과 개인 게임 정보 제거, 공유·원장 기록의 개인 연결 해제를 포함합니다. 실제 운영 적용 전에는 즉시 앱 내 자동 삭제를 보장하지 않습니다. 삭제된 계정의 부정 지급 방지 기기 파생값과 삭제 복원방지 해시는 90일 후 정기 정리합니다. 종료된 동의 증빙·보호자 연락정보/메일·서명 사본은 30일 이내 정리하며, 분리된 원장·공유 거래 기록은 무결성을 위해 남을 수 있습니다. 자세한 기준과 현재 상태는 개인정보처리방침을 확인하세요. 기기 내 잔존 자료는 앱 저장공간 삭제/앱 제거로 지울 수 있습니다.

  1. Email sstycho@gmail.com from the Google or ordinary email address used for PhoneMon sign-in, stating “I request deletion of my PhoneMon account and associated personal information.”
  2. A guardian may send the app request ID and deletion/consent-withdrawal request from the verified guardian email. No child real name, birth date or password is needed.
  3. The operator verifies account/guardian linkage, authority and deletion intent by reply. A public nickname alone is not proof of ownership.
  4. The operator explains scope, progress and completion. Sending an email does not immediately or automatically delete an account.

Do not send passwords, verification/recovery codes, identity documents, government ID numbers or full internal account IDs. If sign-in email access is lost, ask whether safe alternative verification is possible; recovery/deletion is not automatically guaranteed.

Deletion removes the sign-in account and personal progress, and de-links shared/ledger records. Immediate automated in-app deletion is not guaranteed before verified production activation. Deleted-account anti-abuse device digests and deletion-replay hashes expire after 90 days in scheduled maintenance. Closed consent evidence, guardian details, mail and signed copies are cleared within 30 days; de-linked ledger/shared histories may remain for integrity. See the privacy policy.
