개인 개발자 조탁영이 제공하는 PhoneMon(com.phonemon.game)의 계정·게임 및 보호자 승인 처리에 적용됩니다. 미성년 승인 기능은 출시 준비 단계에서 앱과 테스트 서버에서 검증하고 있습니다. 운영 적용 전에는 아동 가입·즉시 자동 삭제 또는 법규 인증이 완료되었다고 보장하지 않습니다. 개인 계정은 승인된 로그인 이후에만 사용합니다.

정보와 목적

• 일반 이메일/비밀번호 로그인: 이메일과 계정 ID를 인증·계정 관리에 사용합니다. 비밀번호는 공개 프로필로 표시하거나 지원 이메일로 요청하지 않습니다.
• 성인의 선택적 Google 로그인: Google ID, 이메일, 이름과 프로필 이미지 URL이 Supabase Auth의 계정 메타데이터에 포함될 수 있습니다. 이 이름/이미지 URL을 게임 공개 프로필로 사용하지 않습니다. 미성년은 보호자 지정 이메일 로그인만 사용하며 Google 자격정보 SDK를 그 경로에서 초기화하지 않습니다.
• 연령대와 동의 정보: 로컬 생년월일 계산으로 얻은 연령대, 임의 요청 ID, 승인 상태·계정 연결 및 이메일/고지/증빙 해시를 사전 동의·철회·접근 통제에 사용합니다. 생년월일 원문은 저장·전송하지 않습니다.
• 게임/소셜 정보: 개인 진행·보유·상호작용 기록과, 허용된 성인 소셜 기능의 닉네임·친구 코드·친구관계·게시물·이용자 거래/전투 기록을 기능 제공과 무결성에 사용합니다. 미성년 계정은 비공개 개인 플레이만 허용하고 공개 소셜/자유 입력 이름을 차단합니다.
• 기기 식별값: 승인 및 로그인 후 Android ID를 HTTPS로 서버에 전달해 HMAC을 만듭니다. 원문을 DB에 저장하지 않으며 기기당 최초 지급의 중복·부정 이용 방지에만 사용합니다.
• 운영/보안 정보: IP, 요청 시각, 접속 기기·앱 정보, 요청 결과 및 IP에서 추정한 국가·도시 등 대략적 지역이 서버 제공자의 연결·보안 로그에서 처리됩니다. GPS 등의 기기 위치 API는 사용하지 않습니다.
• 보호자·지원 정보: 이름, 이메일, 법정대리 관계, 서명 동의서·명시적 회신 및 문의 내용은 동의와 권리 요청 확인에 사용합니다. 아동 실명·정확한 생년월일, 신분증·주민번호·결제정보·비밀번호·얼굴 사진은 요구하지 않습니다.

보이는 정보와 외부 제공자

성인의 게임 닉네임·친구 코드·대표 게임 정보는 친구 검색 등 해당 기능에서 다른 이용자에게 보일 수 있습니다. 게시물·거래·대전 참여 정보는 해당 상대에게 보일 수 있습니다. 성인 상호작용을 끄는 기기 PIN 설정은 모든 공개 프로필을 서버에서 비공개로 바꾸는 기능과 같지 않습니다. 미성년은 서버에서 공개 검색·친구·방명록·플레이어 거래/전투를 별도로 차단합니다. 개인정보를 공개 이름/게시물에 넣지 마세요.

Supabase Pte. Ltd.(싱가포르)가 인증·DB·서버를 제공합니다. 선택된 기본 데이터 지역은 대한민국 서울이며 글로벌 운영·지원/하위처리자가 관여할 수 있습니다. Google LLC(미국)는 성인 Google 로그인과 보호자/지원 이메일(Gmail)을, Netlify(미국)는 정적 지원 페이지 전송을 처리합니다. 서비스 접속 시 암호화 통신 또는 보호자의 이메일 발송을 통해 해당 목적·기간 범위에서 처리됩니다. Supabase DPA 및 Google 개인정보처리방침을 확인할 수 있습니다. 국외 처리를 원치 않으면 온라인 가입을 진행하지 말고 운영자에게 문의하세요. 미성년 정보의 광고·판매·행동 프로파일링이나 다른 플레이어 공개는 허용하지 않습니다.

현재 광고 SDK, 별도 분석/크래시 보고 SDK, Play Billing 또는 실제 금전 결제는 없습니다. 앱은 광고 ID, 연락처, 기기 사진·파일·음성·카메라·마이크·결제카드를 수집하지 않습니다. 보호자가 앱 밖 이메일/우편으로 제출하는 서명 자료는 위 별도 승인 처리에 해당합니다.

보관·삭제 기준

• 계정·개인 게임 자료: 승인된 서비스 제공 중 보관하고, 확인된 삭제 또는 보호자 철회 요청 후 제거합니다. 철회는 접근을 먼저 차단하고 정기 작업에서 계정을 삭제합니다. 요청/소유권 확인과 실제 완료 결과는 회신으로 안내합니다.
• 미연결 승인: 승인 코드 최초 연결 유효기간은 7일. 미연결 승인/접수 자료는 수신·승인 후 30일 이내 정리합니다.
• 닫힌 동의/보호자 증빙: 종료 후 30일 이내 DB 연락정보·증빙과 원본 메일·서명 사본을 정리하며 휴지통도 비웁니다. 미해결 법적 의무가 있으면 필요한 항목·근거·기간을 별도로 안내합니다.
• 삭제 후 부정 이용 방지 식별값: 기기 HMAC이 포함된 첫 지급·구조 지급 기록과 삭제 복원방지 해시는 삭제 후 90일에 정기 정리합니다. 활성 계정 기록은 이 작업으로 지우지 않습니다. 영구적인 기기 1회 제한은 그 이후 보장되지 않습니다.
• 개인 연결을 끊은 공유 게임/원장 기록: 다른 이용자 거래와 게임 무결성을 위해 남을 수 있으며 원래 계정 이메일·닉네임 연결은 제거합니다. 무기한 아동 식별정보 보관의 근거로 사용하지 않습니다.
• 플랫폼 로그: 현재 Supabase Free API/DB 로그 1일, 외부 Auth 감사 로그 1시간. 별도 DB 감사 저장은 켜지 않은 상태를 기준으로 하며 운영 적용 시 다시 확인합니다. 요금제·로그 처리 변경 시 고지와 보관 기준을 먼저 갱신합니다.
• 기기·백업: 미성년의 저장 인증 세션 자동 복원/저장은 사용하지 않으며 승인 코드는 기기 Keystore로 암호화합니다. 앱의 클라우드 백업·기기 이전은 차단합니다. 현재 아동 운영 데이터의 별도 개발용 덤프/수동 백업은 만들지 않습니다. 제공자 내부 보호·복구 사본은 제공자 정책에 따라 삭제되며 삭제 데이터를 정상 서비스로 복원하지 않습니다.

권리와 연락

이메일로 열람·정정·삭제·추가 수집 중단·동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 로그인 이메일 또는 검증된 보호자 이메일·요청 ID로 본인/권한을 확인합니다. 비밀번호·신분증은 요구하지 않습니다. 앱 삭제/Google 연결 해제만으로 서버 계정이 삭제되지는 않습니다. 삭제 안내, 직접 고지·서명 절차를 참고하세요. HTTPS, 서버 RLS·요청별 승인 확인·암호화된 로컬 승인 보관을 적용하지만 무위험을 보장하지는 않습니다. 중요한 변경은 고지하며 미성년 처리 범위가 달라지면 필요한 새 동의를 받습니다.

This policy covers PhoneMon (com.phonemon.game), operated by individual developer 조탁영, and its account/game and guardian-admission processing. Minor admission is being verified in the app and staging during release preparation. Before production activation, child onboarding, immediate automated deletion and legal certification are not represented as completed.

Information and purposes

• Ordinary email/password sign-in uses email and account ID for authentication/account management. Passwords are not public profile fields or requested by support email.
• Optional adult Google sign-in can store Google ID, email, name and profile-image URL in Supabase Auth account metadata; these Google name/image fields are not used as public game profiles. Minors use only a guardian-specified login email, without initializing the Google credential SDK on that path.
• Age band, random request ID, consent/account linkage and email/notice/evidence digests support prior consent, withdrawal and access controls. Exact birth date is calculated locally, then discarded without storage/transmission.
• Game progress/inventory/activity and permitted adult nicknames, friend codes/relationships, posts and player transaction/battle histories support functionality and integrity. Minor accounts allow private core play only; public social and freeform names are blocked.
• After approval/sign-in, Android ID is sent over HTTPS to generate an anti-abuse HMAC. Its raw value is not stored in the DB. It is used for device-grant fraud/duplicate prevention, not advertising.
• IP, request time, device/app connection metadata, request outcomes and approximate country/city inferred from IP may be processed in provider delivery/security logs. No GPS/device-location API is used.
• Guardian name, email, legal relationship, signed form, explicit reply and support content verify consent/rights requests. No child real name/exact DOB, government ID, payment information, password or face photograph is requested.

Visibility and providers

Adult game nicknames, friend codes and representative game information may be discoverable in relevant features; posts and transaction/battle participation may be seen by involved players. A device PIN that disables adult interactions is not a universal server-side private-profile switch. Minors are separately blocked server-side from public discovery, friends, guestbooks and player trading/battles. Do not put personal information into public names/posts.

Supabase Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) provides Auth, DB and servers; the selected primary data region is Seoul, Republic of Korea, with global operations/support subprocessors. Google LLC (USA) provides optional adult Google sign-in and guardian/support Gmail. Netlify (USA) delivers static support pages. Processing occurs over encrypted connections or guardian-submitted mail for the listed purposes/periods. See the Supabase DPA and Google policy. If you do not want international processing, do not start online signup and contact the operator. Minor data is not sold, used for advertising/behavioral profiling or disclosed to other players.

No advertising, separate analytics/crash SDK, Play Billing or real-money payments are enabled. The app does not collect advertising ID, contacts, device photos/files/audio, camera/microphone or payment-card data. Guardian-signed material sent outside the app by email/post is a separate consent operation.

Retention and deletion

• Account/personal progress: while providing the approved service, then removed after verified deletion/guardian withdrawal. Withdrawal blocks access first; scheduled cleanup processes deletion. Ownership checks, progress and actual completion are explained by reply.
• Unbound approvals: first binding expires in 7 days; unbound approval/submitted material is cleared within 30 days after approval/receipt.
• Closed guardian consent/contact/evidence and original mail/signed copies: cleared within 30 days after closure, including emptying trash. A specific unresolved legal obligation, if applicable, is separately explained with scope, basis and period.
• Deleted-account device grant HMAC records and deletion-replay hashes: removed after 90 days in scheduled maintenance. Active account grants are untouched. Eternal device-once exclusion is not guaranteed thereafter.
• De-linked shared game/ledger records may remain for other-player transaction/integrity needs; original email/nickname linkage is removed and this is not a basis for indefinite identifiable child records.
• Current Supabase Free external API/database logs: 1 day; Auth audit logs: 1 hour. Optional DB audit storage is not enabled in the verified preparation configuration and must be rechecked at production activation. A plan/log change requires updating the notice and retention basis first.
• Minor stored Auth sessions are not automatically loaded/saved; approval capabilities use device Keystore encryption. Cloud backup/device transfer is disabled. No separate development dumps/manual backups of child production data are created at this stage. Provider-protected recovery copies follow provider deletion policies and are not used to restore deleted data into normal service.

Rights, security and changes

Request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal or a stop to further collection by email. Verify through the sign-in email, or verified guardian email and request ID, without passwords/ID documents. Uninstalling/disconnecting Google alone does not delete the server account. See deletion instructions and guardian direct notice/form. HTTPS, server RLS/request-level admission and encrypted local approval storage reduce but do not eliminate risks. Material changes are notified, with new guardian consent where required.
