PhoneMon은 만 9세 미만의 이용을 지원하지 않습니다. 만 9~17세는 보호자가 아래 내용을 읽고 서명한 동의서와 명시적인 확인 회신을 운영자가 검토하기 전에는 로그인과 개인 게임 데이터 수집을 진행하지 않습니다. 단순 PIN, 생년월일 또는 코드 입력을 보호자 신원·법적 동의의 증거로 취급하지 않습니다.

수집 항목과 꼭 필요한 목적

• 보호자가 지정한 실제 이메일, 계정 ID: 이메일/비밀번호 인증과 개인 게임 저장. 미성년 계정에는 Google 로그인을 제공하지 않습니다. 비밀번호는 이메일로 보내지 마세요.
• 연령대, 임의 요청 ID, 승인 상태·이메일 해시: 사전 동의 확인, 계정 연결, 철회 및 접근 통제. 생년월일은 기기 화면에서 연령대 계산에만 쓰고 저장·전송하지 않습니다.
• 게임 활동·진행 정보: 개인 플레이, 저장·동기화, 게임 거래의 무결성. 미성년 계정은 친구·방명록·이용자 거래·이용자 간 전투 등 공개 소셜 기능과 자유 입력 닉네임을 사용할 수 없습니다.
• Android ID 및 파생 HMAC: 승인·로그인 후 최초 지급 중복·부정 이용 방지를 위해 원문을 HTTPS로 서버에 보내 파생값을 만듭니다. 원문은 DB에 저장하지 않습니다. 광고 ID나 광고 추적에는 사용하지 않습니다.
• IP, 요청 시각, 기기/앱 접속 정보와 IP 기반 대략적 지역: 연결 제공, 보안·부정 이용 방지. GPS 등 기기 위치 API는 사용하지 않지만 서버 제공자가 IP에서 국가·도시 등의 대략적 지역을 추정할 수 있습니다.
• 보호자 이름·이메일·관계·서명 및 회신, 고지/증빙 해시: 법정대리인 동의 확인과 권리 요청 처리. 아동의 실명·정확한 생년월일, 신분증, 결제정보, 사진은 요구하지 않습니다.

처리자·제공 범위

Supabase가 계정 인증, 데이터베이스와 서버를 제공합니다(선택된 기본 데이터 지역: 대한민국 서울). 클라우드 운영·지원 및 통신에는 Supabase의 글로벌 하위처리자가 관여할 수 있습니다. 부모가 보내는 동의·지원 이메일은 Google/Gmail에서 처리됩니다. 정적 지원 웹페이지는 Netlify를 사용합니다. 각 제공자의 개인정보·국외 처리 조건은 개인정보처리방침의 링크를 확인하세요. 미성년의 프로필·식별정보·게임 내 자유 입력 내용을 다른 플레이어에게 공개하거나 판매·광고·행동 프로파일링에 사용하지 않습니다.

보관·삭제와 선택

개인 계정·진행 정보는 승인된 서비스 제공 중 보관하며 확인된 삭제·동의 철회 요청 후 제거합니다. 철회 시 서버 접근을 먼저 차단하고 정기 삭제 작업에서 계정을 처리합니다. 닫힌/미연결 동의 증빙과 보호자 연락정보·원본 메일/서명 사본은 종료·수신 후 30일 이내 정리합니다. 삭제된 계정의 부정 지급 방지용 기기 파생값과 삭제 복원방지 해시는 90일 후 정기 작업에서 제거합니다. 이를 지우면 기기의 첫 무료 지급 1회 제한은 영구 보장되지 않습니다. 개인과 연결을 끊은 게임·원장/공유 거래 기록은 무결성 목적으로 남을 수 있습니다. 현재 Supabase Free의 외부 API/DB 로그 보관은 1일, Auth 감사 로그는 1시간이며 별도의 기기 클라우드 백업/전송은 차단합니다. 제공자 내부 보호·복구 사본은 해당 제공자의 삭제 정책을 따르며 정상 서비스용으로 삭제 데이터를 되살리지 않습니다.

동의하지 않으면 해당 미성년 계정의 온라인 개인 플레이를 시작하지 않습니다. 불필요한 공개·광고 제공 동의는 요구하지 않습니다. 보호자는 언제든 열람·정정·삭제·추가 수집 중단·동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 검증된 보호자 이메일에서 sstycho@gmail.com으로 요청 ID와 요청 내용을 보내세요. 비밀번호·신분증은 보내지 마세요. 기기 안의 잔존 자료는 앱 저장공간 삭제/앱 제거로 지울 수 있습니다. 더 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침과 삭제 안내를 확인하세요.

본인은 아래 요청/계정을 사용할 미성년자의 부모 또는 법정대리인으로서 적법한 동의 권한이 있습니다. 직접 고지문을 읽었으며, 명시된 필수 개인 계정·게임 처리와 명시된 제공자·국외 처리를 이해하고 동의합니다. 이 동의로 미성년의 소셜/공개 제공이나 광고가 허용되는 것은 아닙니다. 동의를 거부·철회하거나 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 수 있음을 이해합니다. PIN·연령 입력·승인 코드 자체가 법적 동의를 대신하지 않습니다.

PhoneMon does not support users under 9. For ages 9-17, sign-in and personal game-data collection require operator review of a guardian-signed form and an explicit confirmation reply. A PIN, age entry or approval code alone is not treated as verification of legal parental consent.

Data and necessary purposes

• Guardian-specified real email and account ID: password/email authentication and private saved progress. Google sign-in is unavailable to minor accounts. Never email passwords.
• Age band, random request ID, approval status and login-email digest: prior-consent verification, account binding, withdrawal and access control. Birth date is used locally to calculate an age band, then discarded without storage or transmission.
• Game activity and progress: private play, saving, synchronization and game transaction integrity. Minor accounts cannot use public friends, guestbooks, player trading, player-versus-player battles or freeform nicknames.
• Android ID and derived HMAC: only after approval/sign-in, the identifier is sent over HTTPS to derive an anti-abuse grant identifier. The raw Android ID is not stored in the database. No advertising ID or advertising tracking is used.
• IP, request times, device/app connection data and IP-derived approximate region: delivery, security and fraud prevention. No GPS/device-location API is used, but the server provider may infer approximate country/city from IP.
• Guardian name, email, relationship, signature/reply and notice/evidence digests: consent verification and rights requests. We do not request the child’s real name, exact birth date, ID documents, payment data or photographs.

Providers and disclosure

Supabase supplies authentication, database and server functions, with the selected primary data region in Seoul, Republic of Korea. Global cloud/support subprocessors may participate. Guardian/support email is processed by Google/Gmail; static support pages use Netlify. See the privacy policy for provider and international-processing links. Minor profiles, identifiers and freeform content are not made public to other players, sold, used for advertising or behavioral profiling.

Retention, choice and rights

Personal account/progress data is retained for the approved service and removed after a verified deletion/withdrawal request. Withdrawal first blocks server access; scheduled cleanup processes the account. Closed/unbound consent records and guardian contact details, original mail and signed copies are cleared within 30 days after closure/receipt. Deleted-account device-derived grant identifiers and deletion-replay hashes expire after 90 days in scheduled maintenance; permanent one-device grant exclusion is then no longer guaranteed. De-linked game/ledger/shared-transaction records may remain for integrity. Current Supabase Free external API/database logs are retained for 1 day and Auth audit logs for 1 hour. Local cloud backup/device transfer is disabled. Provider-protected recovery copies follow provider deletion policies and are not used to restore deleted data into normal service.

Without consent, the minor account cannot start online private play. No unnecessary public-disclosure or advertising consent is required. Guardians can request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal and a stop to further collection at any time. Email sstycho@gmail.com from the verified guardian address with the request ID and requested action. Do not send passwords or identity documents. The operator sends the current direct notice to your guardian email and requests an explicit confirmation reply. Approval is issued only after both are reviewed. Account credentials are provisioned only after review and control of the proposed login email is checked. Do not reuse an adult/public account for the child.
